Pediatric Physical Therapy
We offer Pediatric Pelvic Floor Therapy for children that struggle with bedwetting, straining with voiding or defecation, constipation, overactive/underactive bladder, encopresis, incontinence, and witholding or avoidance to evacuate bowel or bladder.
Dr. Karolina has over six years of pediatric experience with developmental delay treatment of infants and toddlers.
She has training in MNRI techniques for promotion of motor skill development.
She also has extensive experience with correction of muscular tension in the neck often referred to as torticollis, as well as improvement of head shape linked to the torticollis diagnosis.
Dry Needling & Cupping
Dry Needling: Dry needling can release or inactivate trigger points to relieve pain or improve range of motion. Research suggests that dry needling improves pain control and reduces muscle tension. Study findings also show that dry needling can normalize dysfunctions of the motor end plates, from which nerve impulses get transmitted to muscles. This can help speed up the patient's return to active rehab.
Cupping: Cupping is an alternative therapy that involves suctioning the skin with glass, plastic, or silicone cups. It may help improve blood flow, boost immune function, remove toxins, and reduce pain.
Massage Therapy
If you are looking for a relaxing massage to help you down-regulate or tackle your chronic pain & tension, we are here to make you feel renewed. Detoxify with a body scrub or foot scrub. The massage therapy suite come with it's own private bathroom, which includes a shower. Sit on our tranquility patio after your massage and enjoy a beverage and snack. Personal Training
Personal training is available for those who prefer someone else to think about training programming based on the client's specific goals & preferences.
Programming can including learning new exercise techniques: TRX, Barbell Training or Bodyweight Movements.
Programs can be progression or maintenance.

Lifestyle management involves exercise programming, nutrition counseling, stress management, sleep hygiene and building healthy habits to achieve your goals and maintain your results for a lifetime. Mindful movement & eating behaviors can be learned, lead to improved health status, as well as improved physical fitness & mental wellbeing.
Gut Health is synonymous with the gut microbiome: the trillions of good & bad bacteria that live there, the relationship it has with the rest of the body, the role it plays in immune function, the communication channels between the gut & the brain, & the impact it has on overall wellness. Dysbiosis of gut bacteria can lead to autoimmune concerns, GI issues, brain fog & more. Signals of concerns: food intolerances, bloating after meals, or constant fatigue.
Group Classes: TRX & Yoga Stories
TRX Small Group Training: TRX is a great tool for core training, as well as total body training.
Mommy & Me Yoga Stories for Toddlers: Yoga Stories provides the opportunity for your child to move their body and have fun acting out stories or pretending to be different animals.
Classes are small and range in size from 4 to 8 participants.
